Anne Arundel County Water Quality Reports - Link

For those of you concerned about water quality in Anne Arundel County, here's a link you should bookmark and check often.

A lot of the data listed is a couple weeks old but there is some data posted after last weekend's storm.

Saunder's Point is just above Beverly Triton and the bacteria count is higher than what the EPA finds acceptable for that area as of 8/2.

The outflow of the "Clean Water Discharge" from the Mayo peninsula sewer treatment plant is right there where Wabanna meets the bay. Hopefully when the new pipeline under South River to the Annapolis Treatment center is completed this will help water quality in this area.
