A group of us (Old Men Who Like to Fish) launched from Goodhands this morning a little after 7 to flat water and a rising tide. As we left Goodhands Creek, we noticed a Rainbow over the western shore. It disappeared and another appeared. This continued for about a 1/2 hours 2016-09-08 09.00.51.jpg
I was trolling small jigs with 4"paddletails. As I was trolling the around the breakwater I landed two Speckled Trout 2016-09-08 07.51.29.jpg, the second one was about 14". Totally surprised me. The rest of the morning was spent catching lots of Dinks. My first Speck in this area.
