Anyone Fish Sassafras/Bohemia River?

Hey All,

Anyone fish these two rivers? Was driving to some goose hunting early yesterday AM and they looked interesting. Living in Harford County, they are not that far away. I typically fish the Susquehanna. Looking for new places to try out this 2017. Thanks!

This past season I fished the Sassafras out of Turner Creek Landing & Mt Harmon Plantation, had some good fishing there. Bohemia is a place I've been eyeballing going out of Hack Point. PS where in Harford County? I'm over in Havre de Grace.

I live down in Abingdon, but fish the Susquehanna a lot.

What did you catch when you fished it?

Mainly largemouth around the lilypads. Rockfish & perch on the main portion of the Sassafrass.

Always wondered if its worth trekking over there too. I'm in Darlington - would love to plan a trip sometime.
