Wheatley Lake

It was a toss up between Wheatley, or exploring the Rt 231 bridge...I chose the Lake, because I wanted some trout. It was gorgeous. I caught my limit of trout and for the first time ever, caught too many bass. The little guys just wouldn't stop. At one point, I went 3 for 3. Three casts and three bass. Not much size on them, but great fun. I finally made a good choice😁

Not much of a freshwater trout fan but they look like really good big catfish bait.

Glad you had a productive outing.

Heck no on the catfish bait...I just baked them with a teriyaki glaze. Looking forward to supper time.
