Dropping the size limit to 19"? I'm sure a lot of us would limit out more often if it passes, but I'm not sure that's a good thing.

By itself I would agree, but since they are mandating non-offset circle hooks, it should eliminate a lot of post-release mortality (hopefully).

I wish DNR would release a clear concise guide. I just want to fish, not spend 3 days reading through COMAR.

if you fish with bait, you better triple check your hooks for the new hook regulations also...
