burgers, blues and Bushwood...MG update

Not a great turnout, but had a good time. Fishing was slow for everyone but Dr. Ictalarus who slew the white catfish and caught a few blue cats, too. Cooooooolest part of day was coming in to find Mrs. Nhunter344 grilling up burgers and 'dogs for us! What a great time!

Sadly, the water temps crashing more than 10 degrees in the last day and a half had a frustrating impact on fishing.

Definitely a good time! The morning bite was slow, but luckily we were too stubborn to quit and the bite picked up after lunch. We went home with a decent amount.

Man, I was hoping to make this one, but the logistics did not work for me this weekend, so I stayed closer to home, since I needed to be back at 1 pm the latest. I am glad you caught some catfish. I too noticed that the water temperature was 10 degrees colder than the weekend before. Maybe next time.
