Report: Hooper’s Island 5/25 (near skunk out)

Spent the better part of Friday (Part of a three trip Memorial Day fishathon) before the long weekend out on the water exploring in and around Hooper’s Islands 2 & 3. The weather was super cooperative along with the raw nature of the region made for a beautiful 7 hours of hard fishing on the water. Unfortunately not much in terms of catching was going on with the exception of an early CNR that had built up and dashed my hopes in the same 20 min fight. Regardless, a great day in beautiful country was had.
