Got to Lowes wharf about 6 am Sunday to pouring rain. Waited for the rain to stop and headed out. Went to a nearby shore line where I had gotten some nice fish the last time I was there. Caught a small blue on my way there. Only got 1 tiny Rock along the shoreline. Trolled over to the north end of the island picking up another tiny rock on the way. I trolled from there around the outside of the island all the way to the south end stopping to cast occasionally and got nothing. I started back up toward the north end and finally picked up a small sea trout. A little later I found a small school of fish and got a 20" rock and 4 that were just under. I headed back to the launch and caught 1 more on the way. Ended up being a nice day on the water but it was a long time between the couple in the morning and the few in the afternoon.
