Sunday morning Slower Lower Report

Baitball and I met up at 6 A.M. this morning and launched in the dark...Manny got into the Speckled trout after catching a Bluefish...took me a lot longer but I finally caught a 13 then a 14 inch Speck...got into a really good shallow water bite with Stripers...must have caught 20 or so...had four legal fish, maybe more that I didn't measure...kept two nice fat footballs for the table- a 20 and a 21 inch...left Manny fishing so he can fill in his report when he gets home...

Wow those are some thick rockfish. The feed must be on down south! Very jealous of your results today. Awesome work on the specks as well. Been too long since I’ve boated a nice one!

Nice fish Ron! I caught a falling high tide at sunset yesterday and landed some nice fish. One on a paddle tail and the other on a Yozuri. Lost a swim bait to something toothy. Was only out for an hour or so. The water temperature drop has really improved things for me fishing wise!IMG_20180929_190311_602.jpg

That is Manny holding the Speck..but I was into the striped bass hot and heavy...I only caught two Specks...Manny was hitting them steady
