Myself and several others went down to Mattawoman Creek to get into some tasty blue catfish as suggested by Ron Ault. My friend TomyTek organized this outing and seven of us were able to get out. The weather was great and it was a good way to get the fishing itch out of the way until warmer days. Here is a video of the day.....

Your videos are always well edited and instructive.
I've caught one blue catfish in my life. It was in Mattawoman last summer not far from the sunken barge. It was only a little guy compared to the ones in your video. It surprised me because it came up to hit a bass popper.Mark
