So there we were.. I was sporting my PA14 and jmt1980 in his Titan 13.5.
The weather was a balmy 37 degrees F with a slight breeze.
Water temp was anywhere from 32 to 36 degrees F.
8:30-10AM: Bite was non existent. There were plenty of times we thought we had a bite but I am fairly certain it was structure.
11AM: First catch of the day, not quite what we needed for the KBF tournament, but a fish is a fish! And here is the kicker... it was caught trolling (I frequently troll when I move between spots for giggles. Its also how I caught my first snakehead)

2PM: What is this... another pickerel?!
2019-03-02 (3).jpg
jmt1980 was much more vigilant than me. I left around 3PM.
3:40PM: Damn pickerels...

4PM: Finally! We are on the scoreboard!

All in all it was not a terrible day! A little cold even with 3 layers. Hopefully the next few weekends warm up and get the bass moving!
