1st SH trip of the year

Got my personal best on my fifth cast yesterday. 14#. Thought it was going to be an easy day..haha. Had a lot of blow ups from some really nice fish but they weren't fully committing to the bite. Managed to get 4 more regular grade throughout the day.

Frogs pitched back in the nasty stuff as far as I could get it. Got a couple on a buzzbait too.

We're hitting it again tomorrow. Have you been out since then?

Got out again yesterday, hoping action had heated up. Nope, about the same. 1000 casts for a couple of fish. Frustrating because they are everywhere. Hook up ratio was off today. Hooked several, landed 2 and missed a couple other blow ups.
