... that's about how far I've got in planning stages, hoping to make a trip out next Sunday AM. Likely mattawoman or blackwater if I plan solo because I've been wanting to catch and eat a snakehead, but I'd be down to switch to rockfish, catfish, white perch, something else (I prefer to fish for species that make decent tablefare since I like to eat fish but don't get to go out that often, but can change plans to whatever you want) if anyone wants to meet up and go out? College Park MD is where I'm at... Willing to meet pretty much wherever.

weather's looking good, windfinder's reporting single digits... looks like this trip is a go for me. driving distance, mattawoman's about a hour, blackwater's about 2 so i'm leaning mattawoman (i've never been to either location) but still willing to set destination to suit someone else/ a group, but i'll be headed out one way or another.Last edited by thedutchtouch; 05-16-2019, 12:26 PM.-Justin -

Forecast has changed a bit for Sunday, potential scattered showers...
