Anybody Going Out This Weekend?

Just got word I'm off this weekend. Thinking of putting in up in Perryville with a friend if anyone wants to hang in northern bay. I've heard a couple reports of some stripers up this way, and apparently lat weekend over 80 SH were caught trying to go up the fish ladder at conowingo, so maybe I can finally hunt down one of them! Any info, tips, or takers?

Yikes! Okay. I won’t be able to join. That’s an hour drive for me which would mean my babysitter would have to be at my house at 6ish. Not feeling like asking a 13 yr old girl to do that.

Doesn't she appreciate the morning topwater bite?????

What kind of target species in that area? Never fished there, new kayak, no electronics yet - wondered what kind of tackle to bring if I can make it.

I think little creek landing is the launch for crab alley bay in Kent Island right?

That's it, Little Creek Landing and Crab Alley Marina are about 100 yards from one another. Crab Alley Marina is private, Little Creek Landing is a Queen Ann County public launch. $10 to launch unless you have the annual county permit that cost $35.

I have caught stripers up to 18"on topwater there, there are a few humps around the channels if you are a troller, and white perch ap against the rip rap and sod banks. I think high tide is about 10 am, so the perching should be good.

Hope you guys had a great time! I had a software release going on Saturday at 11pm that did not go well and didn’t finish until about 7am this morning. I was too tired to go fishing [emoji53]
