My son and I hit the Patuxent River at Jefferson Patterson Park this morning on the tail end of outgoing tide. The perch were very willing, including a couple of 11.5", and a few channel catfish. We used Perch Pounders exclusively and the bite was definitely on. Sorry, no photos. That part of the river has lots of rock shoreline and breakwaters. Nice morning. Give it a try sometime.
