Just saw this post. If you can cast some, you can fish off of the bulkhead at Quiet Waters park. If you use store bought catfish bait, you can catch channel cats with no problem there.John

There’s plenty of catfish in the Patuxent too, rt 3 bridge, governors bridge park, Davidsonville park and the park south of 214.
