  • Kayak Crabbing for Big Blue Crabs and Kayak Fishing 08/01/2020

Sorry for the late report, but I went crabbing for a few hours and then went fishing off of my kayak. It was a very successful day, so here is another video log of the fun day.

      Really enjoyed the video Moc.
You were an early inspiration for my wife and I trying "Kayak crabbing" .
What bait were you using to catch the Perch?

I was using the Grady Rig, which is just a beetle spin, 1/8 ounce, in chartreuse.

I saw you had 2 rods out,, you were not reteiving the lure? just drifting and letting them bounce along the bottom?

I might have had that rod in the water, because I was trolling with the beetle spins. I would slow down or stop to retrieve the fish on the line.
