  • Patapsco Ponds 1/2/12

I launched from the Southwest Baltimore boat ramp today hoping to find some nice yellow Perch in the Patapsco ponds area. Well I caught my first fish of the year, but it was not what I was expecting to catch and definately not how I thought I would catch it. Enjoy!

      I'm loving it....

I'm loving your videos and enjoying seeing you catch fish like a mad man.

My goal this year is to catch some stipers from my kayak for the first time. I'll probably be hitting the area near where the Patapsco enters the bay.

I'm hoping for a warm winter and early spring.

Great job on your january surprise fish. What kind of camera were you using to take the video and where did you mount it on your yak?

I have a GoPro 960 mounted on a Yakattack panfish portrait. I have it mounted just about as far forward as I can on the side rail of my Outback.

Wrap your embed code in [ youtube ] embed code goes here [ /youtube ]

(without the spaces inside the brackets. i added the spaces so it wouldn't think i was trying to embed a video)
