Do you need a lip grabber in a yak?

For retrieving fish in a kayak, do you need one of those Berkley lib grabbers? In my boat, I just use fish gloves.

I have 2 sets of lip grabbers but I prefer a net. A net kees the fish under control and the hooks away with less chance of losing the biggun' .......... there's a flounder in OC that has become Pinch's Great White Whale .......

GREAT IDEA! I'll buy one for my boat too. Then I won't have to play around putting gloves on and off.

I especially like them for holding toothy ones (toads, blues, etc.). All plastic, so they don't rust.
