  • Last Kayak Crabbing of the Year 10-24-2021

This is just a video log of my last kayak crabbing trip. Crabbing was slow and my best depths were 12 to 13 feet of water. I ran a 1200 foot trotline from my kayak and managed 43 big crabs or 1/2 bushel of nice fall crabs. Enjoy.....

Thanks for sharing MOC, was interested on your setup for crabbing on the Hobie.

I enjoyed your video. You look like you worked out the rigging and netting very effectively!

You make it look easy MOC. Every time I watch one of your videos it makes me want to start trotlining. I'm sure it wouldn't go nearly as smoothly for me haha... hell I feel like I don't quite have my collapsible traps down to muscle memory at this point and I've used them on probably close to a dozen trips.
