  • St Inigoes, just takes one

Fishing has been challenging for me my last two trips. Bites are few and far between and my hook up ratio hasn’t been great.. Today I managed exactly two fish, a 20” trout and a Cutlassfish. They say one fish makes a trip and today that was true. The trout came on a pearl blue glimmer trout trick, and I believe all my big trout this year have come from that lure. Had a beautiful sunrise and falling tide. At low it’s pretty easy to see the grass beds the trout orient around. DAC022DA-F429-4D9D-9498-D3C908DA4B24.jpg

Glad you found some success Mike. That trout is a gator. Beautiful sunrise too

Nice going Mike. That is a good looking trout. I hope to get a cutlassfish when I am in southern MD in mid-August.

Nice! I love that the pearl blue glimmer color. It's hands down one of my most consistent catching colors when it comes to specks; especially in clear water.
