Welcoming myself back, and a question

Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I posted...you know how life sometimes gets in the way of a good time? Nothing bad, just career, family, etc. Didn't do a lof ot kayaking OR fishing last yer, but this year is my comeback year. WIll post a couple of reports from Susquehanna and Kent Island soon...have a few pics to share...

My question is this...wife, friends and I are thinking about heading to Mattawoman Creek Sunday morning. WIth all the rain, I would prefer not to fish chocolate milk if I can avoid it...anybody have any idea what the conditions are like down that way on the Potomac before I invest in a 2 hour drive?

Should be fine. Maybe a little stained but that can be a good thing when combat fishing in the pads.
