Deer season is over... Back to fishing.

Haven't been on here a while, bowhunting has taken the #1 hobby spot, but seasons over so it's time to dust the kayak off. Hoping to get out there soon, seems like activity has fallen off even more here than last time I checked in but hope you're well if you're still on here/reading this

Hope your bow hunting season was a success! My hunting season isn’t fully complete yet. Still have rabbit and squirrel and may do a pheasant trip.
I did empty all the water out of my kayak and stored it properly in my shed. I had jerry rigged a quick kayak stand and was too lazy to flip the kayak over while on the stand. Needless to say there was more water in the hull than I’d imagined.

I didn't see anything during gun season, struggled late season but shot a nice 8, a doe, and a button back in October, all with my bow. Good call re: squirrel season, I may make a trip or two out with my 22 this month, don't really know anywhere to go for rabbit or pheasant.
