2-11-24 Report

Trip number 4 to my favorite place to shore fish. First three trips of 2024 yielded one carp each trip. Yesterdays trip yielded a dozen, they finally turned on. Guessing warmer nights did that. Of that dozen we hooked we lost 4 maybe 5 to netting errors. Need to get a better net for sure. Big moment was the mirror carp. 1 in 1000 they say....whomever they is..LOL

I used rubber corn, boilies, corn popup, and Gulp corn. All on my hair hooks. The gulp caught every fish.

But if you leave it on your hook the jaws of life are needed to remove it. But put it back in the jar and it swells back up and can be used again.
