I fished Triadelphia from around 8:45 AM until about Noon on Friday. I tested out a chatter bait with no luck, but I liked the action of the lure.
After that I gave the bottom bouncer and worm harness a try again in hopes of catching something other than a white perch. I had some success on the branch arms, but not the main reservoir body. Most fish that I marked were in the branch arms and were located near fallen trees. If you troll the worm harness past a downed tree you pretty much are guaranteed to hook up with something. I ended up with 6 white perch, a nice sized crappie, and a 12 inch yellow perch. It was nice catching something other than white perch.
This summer I'll give it a go with some crank baits behind the bottom bouncer and see if I can come up with some deep water bass.
