fished near PLO after work till near dark.

hooked nice spec right off. about 14-15" then got into a couple small rock, then found a school of 18-20's rock. picked a 1/2 dozen out of them before they got scarce. things slowed down but then i got a little redfish, and a mix of couple more small rock and one more redfish. 3/4 oz gold kastmaster did all the work but i also fished a chartreuse 1/2-1/4 spec rig with Gulps.

Way to go. It must feel good to get two uncommon Maryland species (specs and reds) on the same trip.

Congrats on the specks and stripers. Hopefully, the southern Maryland striper pattern is finally taking shape.
