Wow, that's an awesome fish. Were you jigging or livelining? By small fish blitzing, do you mean small compared to that one?

I havent been taking video recently. I need to start taking the cameras back out. The "smal fish" were 10-16'' the bigger fish have been REALLY picky. Somedays Jigging works but you have to figure out if they want chartruese or opening night that day. Livelining has been slow but effective the fish seem to be really spread out. Jigging with spoons has also been effective but they get snagged easily and are frustrating.

nice man....jigging has been hit or miss for me this year. I did pretty good this past weekend livelining bunker i snagged at hemmingways. I've seen more bunker this year than any other previous years.

are you still using the snap swivel through the lip and a treble stinger? Funny how Jbay tactics are working down here with all the bunker around.

Can I ask what color " opening night" is? Excuse my noob-osity.

Sounds great, I love when schools blitz the surface, makes for exciting fishing. What kind of lure u like to throw at them when You see them blitzing??

I will be out there sat if it's not too stormy or Sun if it is. -Cal

Is it a Bkd that you like in that color or a bass assasin? Or a different brand.

Thanks for answering. I have had a tough learning curve trying to catch fish out on the BB.

No worries. Just keep it in mind. If you get some footage, great. If not, last years' video is still awesome. I think the jigging bite was a little later last year anyway.
