Fished from 4-8pm eastern side. Managed only one small rock and a snagged rock. Tide never really moved much and Water was super warm. For a Monday there were alot of boats most showing up after 6.

Sorry to hear about the slow fishing. Were you jigging? How was the water clarity?

On the one hand, the lack of rain is keeping water quality better than usual. On the other hand, it's making it more salty. I too noticed that the water was super warm. I wonder if the bigger fish are upset about the conditions and chilling out somewhere else. I guess the good news is all these little stripers will grow up.

But hey, beats a skunk, right?

Water was ok, but not to clear as last year prior to the hurricane. The water is a slight brown murky color. It doesn't appear to be mud/dirt but actually algae. Water in my towns harbor is very muddy color but it's not mud/dirt either. I only could see maybe a foot down. Other boats weren't catching anything but what looked like spot or perch. Warm water is prob causing blooms. Water at g dock is ok but I couldn't see bottom like early this year. I was going to bring squid and see if I could catch a flounder out in the deeper drop offs but I forgot that stuff for it.
