  • Frontier Town OC 8-18

Camped at Frontier Town this last weekend,
Sat #1 and I launched at 10:00 AM and drifted south for 2 hours - 1) 14" flounder and 2 12" croakers, fought hard to get back to Frontier Town dock (Wind)
Sunday we launched at 7:00 AM - no wind and drifted slower south. 3 hour drift to the Asst bridge and picked up there by the wife. Many larger croakers in the 1st hour, then nothing.
We used squid strips on single and double bottom rigs, dipped in menhaden oil.

South of Frontier Town does not appear to hold many fish, as it shallows out.

And yes I am cheap, and make my family stay in a horse trailer
