Got the surgery done yesterday. The surgeon found there were two tendons cut not one.
Anyway I will be on the split for four weeks.

    Fish like there's no tomorrow.

Sounds like the surgery went well. I hope that mug is full of beer.

If you get desperate to fish, I probably have a pair of monster waders that might fit over your splint. Or we can wrap two trash bags around your leg (poor man's waders). Of course, sneaking you and your yak out of the house without your wife knowing could be difficult. Worst case scenario: there are plenty of fishing games for the Wii.

How much does it cost to launch a kayak at Buzz's?

$5. Usually Mike or Christy are there to collect launch fees and give fishing advice.

Thanks for the report and sorry about the foot. Ouch! I hope it heals quickly. Until then, more fish to catch for the rest of us.

Why the wide-gap hooks for specs and reds?

Get well, Joe. I'll tell the fish they're safe for a few more weeks
