It was a great day on the Gunpowder. I got out by 6:30 and was crabbing by around 7. 600' of line with chicken necks in 5' of water. The wind started to pick up which made crabbing a little difficult, but left with a half bushel of nice large September crabs. The meat was the best of the year, very sweet. I think that'll be my last trip of the year as the weather is getting a little cool. I'll probably be heading out looking for some rockfish instead.
