  • More So. MD trout

My son dropped by to be a "grandparent" for his little sister for grandparents' day at her school. I rewarded him with a quick trip to the secret seatrout hole I have christened "the chimney" . Sadly, I seem to have a knack for helping my fishing partners find trout BIGGER THAN MINE! First Bill... then my son. Here he is with our two keepers. Mine 18 inches, his 20!

lures of choice today---- hot steel xrap x8, and a small floating Rapala in Rainbow trout pattern ( we thought they'd like the pink on it....guess it worked)

sorry..this little spot could get lots of pressure if the word got out and isn't likely to hold fish regardless of pressure like SJC does.....but keep trying!!! There seem to be trout close to every kayak launch round here these days!
