Hit the water at 4pm under the rt 40 bridge. Went out to the barges and fished both cecil and harford sides. Skunked. Back on land around 8pm.

I'm thinking you meant 4-4-13. Anyway, this cool spring is playing havoc with the timing of the fishes. First strong warm-up and all heck will break loose.

BTW, how clear was the water? I've heard it's almost crystal clear.

Yes, 4-4-13. Water was clear, I'd say around a foot of visibility.
