Trolling off Rose Haven down to the Randle Cliff exclusion zone and back.

27-30 ft, falling tide, 66-66F water temps, massive clouds of bait at 15-20 ft down on the FF.

Skunked. Not even a pull-down

Tried varing speed and the follow lures:

6" swim shad
1.5 oz spoon
Crank/Bucks -1/2 oz bucktail and 3" crankbait.
