I went out yesterday for a few hours. I trolled for about a hour and a half - two hours, with only a ray to show for it. The ray actually ate the lure. I did have enough foresight to take some bloodworms with me. The croaker action was non-stop. They were mostly small, with some larger ones mixed in.

All in all, it was a bit disappointing. I usually catch a good number of stripers in the area where I was fishing. It was a beautiful day. I probably should have kept on trolling out to the lighthouse. I could see a small fleet of boats out in that direction, probably live line fishing. Oh well, the ray was a bit fun.
