Hit Claiborne about 7:00 this am with great intentions. Caught a few white perch in the harbor before the bail spring on my Penn ultra lite reel broke. Used a jig with a chartreuse grub. Went out around the rocks and headed off shore when it started to rain. Got wet and cold and left early without catching any rock.
