Launched out of SPSP early in the morning around 6am from the boat launch area. This is a lot easier put in than Terrapin Park. 20 ft. to boat ramp from parked vehicle. Nice. The sun was out and the water was calm with a gentle breeze. Very little waves if any.

Started out near the beach area and saw bait fish swimming around. Next time out I might try bringing the cast net to try and catch some. I managed to catch about 3 croakers, 2 spots, baby striper and handful of WP.

After about an hour or so I headed out to work the pylons. While at the pylons I caught another striper about 13”.

Next I hit the rock island and fished there the remainder of the day. While at the island I caught some more stripes in the 13” range. I saw some power boater catch a huge striper, probably about 28-30”. I was thinking, dammmm, he caught my striper…. lol.

I had a lot of fun my first time ever out at the Bay Bridge yesterday. I hadn't planned on venturing out to the rock pile my first time out but since Goody was headed there i decided to tag along. Caught a few stripers in the 12"-14" range there as well. Hoped to get at least one keeper but still satisfied with the day's results. Goody, I'm up for another trip out next week, maybe Monday morning again. If you're up for it lemme know, I'd be happy to fish with you again.
