    ]Thanks for all the advice. It paid off. Got to the creek @ 2:00 and caught a Bass on the third cast. Nothing thereafter until 7:00 PM then I managed to land 5 more plus my first snakehead. I would not have been able to do it without the help of those here. Thank you all and God bless.

                Nice meeting you today at Mattawoman. I managed to catch a snakehead too. Had to "calm" it down with a hit from my paddle.

                Anyhow, you can clearly see what I used. I found success pushing all the way through the lily pads almost to shore. There is a 8 ft gap of clear, shallow water between the pads and the shore where the snakehead was hanging out.
