thats a hike...why not launch closer if your going to be fishing the bridge?

so back and forth that's 22 miles, not including fishing distances. why not sandy point SP (< 1 mile each way)? or even the matapeake ramp (2 miles)? or try your luck at the bay bridge marina and risk getting a talking-to (1 mile)?

Mears point marina is the one right by the bridge isn't it? I launch right next to the bridge at the marina about a mile
