Yeah, he posted about catching and keeping five redfish he caught at the Harry Nice Bridge area of Maryland because he is a Virginia resident.... Being a Virginia resident has nothing to do with the creel limits. If I drove down to Virginia Beach and fished would I say I am a Maryland resident and Maryland DNR regs apply? The Potomac River Fishery Commission (PRFC) sets the regs for the Potomac...however, in this case he is right; not because he is a resident of Virginia but where he caught the fish...because he caught these fish in the "MAINSTREAM" of the Potomac River the PRFC regs allow for five redfish 18 inches minimum size- where Bill and I were fishing he would be wrong...
