Perch fishing was pretty hot on the falling tide Monday evening. Reelaxin and I tore up some fatty perch and I also caught a keep croaker and a 13.5" pickerel. We kept about 10 nice perch up to 12 inches for fish tacos. Getting closer to that perch citation..

Good going. Today is the last day to register for the SRRKC summer perch tournament. With the two 12" fish you caught, you would be in first place.

Congrats on the summer pickerel. Last year I caught a few during the summer, but have not had a single one this year.

John, I'd like to sign up for the tournament, I can't make the Srrkc meeting but I can send you the entry fee. Thanks! I owe Matt a beer since he caught the biggest fish that night which was the wager.
