Launched at USNA at 0730. Headed straight for College Creek past the footbridge and was told again that I could not be there. I tried some reasoning with the guy, and I left him scratching his head, but I complied and headed back out to the Severn. Anyway, standard story for me...wp along riprap, Mepp's #1 Aglia. Caught nearly as well with a 1/16 RoadRunner, too.
