I went out for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. I fished on the Fishing Creek side of Thomas Point, generally in around 14-30 feet of water. I caught about 14 fish, with two being keeper size, 18" and 18.5". All other fish were under size. This was strictly a fish for fun trip, all released. I trolled crankbaits, Yo Zuri Hardcore Drum in Prism and Rapala Glass Shad Rap in Glass Ghost. I took no photos or video, as I still have video to edit from the tournament. Recently, most of the action in this area has been on the northern side of the point, Fishing Creek side.

Thanks for the report, Don. Did you see any breaking fish in that sector? I hope to fish between Sandy Pt and Thomas Pt on my center console on Fri and am curious what the fish are doing. I have not been there for about a month.John Veil
