BGP Sewage Spill

Just read on another forum someone went there yesterday
and it smelled really bad. This is often the case when we get
a lot of rain.... Hopefully, it will clear out soon.

Unfortunately ,Belle Grove Ponds are just downstream from a sewage treatment facility that overflows, or has "issues" a couple of times a year.
It doesn't seem to affect the fish much (no glow in the dark fish, here), but obviously, the water quality is, at times, a bit iffy.
I haven't seen anything posted about this, yet.
Of course, there may be plenty of Patapsco "brown trout" floating around.

Just to be clear, I haven't seen any warnings posted by the local media concerning a spill.
They are usually very good about warning if there is a potential contamination threat.
