Headed out to try my luck below the dam with some new equipment. It turned out to be the perfect day to work on my technique without any fish interfering. I did see 3 yaks pulling out with no luck either and took the opportunity to turn them on to Snaggedline. Hopefully the Shad will be here in a few weeks with Stripers hot on their tails. Water is still too cold at the moment.
