Does anyone know of a list of Maryland's parks/lakes that allow kayaks? I can't seem to put my finger on a list and it would be nice to have one so I can plan trips with my 5 year old daughter. It's kind of frustrating having to flip back and forth on their links trying to see if you can launch. Can't they publish a simple list?

Not that this will answer your question, but someone posted earlier a really great app that shows kayak launch sites ( I wish I could remember him to properly site him).the site is paddling.net. MD DNR also has their trout stocking schedule t hat you may be able to cross reference lakes.Peggy

i called DNR today and they do not have a list for "stocked ponds" that have kayak launches so it is a site by site call or use the APP. "launch Sites" it's a free download and very easy to use. I did mention it to the person at DNR that it is something that would be very beneficial to Kayak and Canoe users.
