Yep...nice area...I do hope the cold winter did not kill off the specks and reds...the reds were getting to be mandatory release size fish by the end of the season last fall...and they are some kinda fun on light tackle...

The fall before last the reds were so thick down there you couldn't keep them off your line. This last fall they were a lot harder to come by that far north but were even thicker a little further south in VA. I hope they return to that area this year because it is so close to me. The spring time trout bite is great too. Ill probably start fishing there in a couple of weeks when the water finally warms up and stays warm.
