6/15 Tangier tributaries report

Managed to get out yesterday afternoon for a few hours, caught 2 decent specks and about half dozen smaller ones. It was harder to find a keeper rock, all that were caught were undersized. It doesn't seem like it's going to be a spectacular year for specs like past years.
