Anyone live-lining yet?

Thinking about giving it a go on Friday 6/20 out of Sandy Point in the early AM. Has anyone done this recently? Does it take forever to catch enough spot or are they in near the BB?

Tried live-lining spot 2 weeks ago but nothing hit it. All I caught that day were spot and croaker on bloodworms.

Were you near the BB? How many feet of water were you in when catching the spot/croaker? Were the spot a good live-lining size or were they fat? Any size to the croaker?

No (PLO).

How many feet of water were you in when catching the spot/croaker?

Spot were caught in 5' - 13' of water near the Lake Conoy jetty and pilings. Croaker were caught in 20' - 30' while live-lining for rock.

Were the spot a good live-lining size or were they fat?

Spot were about 6".

Any size to the croaker?

Croaker were small, just under 12".

I think I saw you out at PLO. I was in the big tuna pulling my daughter behind my wife and I in a 2 person inflatable.
