    Has anyone ever fished the Choptank river from Greensboro to Martinak state park (Watts creek )

    I grew up there. Nice perch in the early spring. Catfish central right now. Maybe a LMB if you're lucky.

      On a map it looks like about 5 miles , how long would that take to fish casually , and how would you recognize watts creek take out ?

        It's been quite a few years since I was there, and then it was in my buddy's boat, but I do remember catching a bunch of catfish and white perch. It was this time of year too. As far as recognizing the take out, I have no idea...I'd need to use my GPS.

          Heading down river, once you cross under the Rt404 bridge and cross under the bridge in downtown Denton...Watts Creek is about a mile down on your left.
